Working closely with PINQ²'s leadership to develop strategic executive materials that educate decision makers about quantum opportunities, covering the financial services, aerospace, defence, and sustainable energy industries so far. Developed high quality, executive level board decks communicating the value in quantum for this industry, the benefits of taking action today, and business-friendly case studies on how other organizations are making moves. The story culminates with PINQ²'s own version of the Enterprise Quantum quantum readiness roadmap.

Enterprise Quantum successfully delivered an international business development strategy for Deep Tech Canada, whose scope includes quantum technology, artificial intelligence, clean technology, biotechnology, nanotechnology, advanced manufacturing, and agricultural technology. The team engaged with multiple stakeholders, identified strategic objectives, and gained alignment from management, all on a short timeline. Our success led the client to re-engage Enterprise Quantum to support development of a strategic vision for deep tech in the Province of Alberta.

Enterprise Quantum delivered a board education session on quantum technologies for this provincial agency. After introducing quantum technologies from a business perspective, including an overview of the federal and provincial landscape, Enterprise Quantum made a clear case for action, proposing that Ontario would benefit from prompt and early development of a clear quantum strategy, a well coordinated ecosystem and a holistic view of the quantum supply chain.

Enterprise Quantum was engaged by this provincial agency to facilitate a Quantum Industry Roundtable in 2025. EQ identified key industry participants, presented on the current state of the Ontario Quantum Ecosystem and on the characteristics of winning global ecosystems, and developed recommendations for provincial government observers that will help to develop a coordinated and collaborative ecosystem that engages end users.
